Using the platform
You agree to provide accurate information, to use IHM.help only for lawful purposes, and not to misrepresent any campaign, request, or organization.
Campaigns and requests
All campaigns and help requests are subject to verification. We may pause, remove, or refund any campaign that violates our policies or cannot be verified.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and, unless otherwise stated, non-refundable once disbursed. We strive to direct funds to the stated cause and to report on their use.
Organizations
Organizations must complete verification appropriate to their level and maintain accurate financial and audit records on the platform.
Limitation of liability
IHM.help facilitates connections between donors and causes. We are not liable for the actions of individual campaigners beyond our verification and reporting obligations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
