Your information is used to process donations, verify identities and organizations, deliver aid, issue tax receipts, and communicate with you about the causes you support. We never sell your personal data.
Payment security
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers (Stripe, PayPal, and others). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Data protection
We apply international-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security review. Data is retained only as long as necessary.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us at privacy@ihm.help.
