IHM.help is a platform. It connects donors with independently verified nonprofits, NGOs, churches, and ministries who deliver the aid — every organization passes our six-level verification before it can appear on the platform.

The large majority of every donation goes directly to the cause. Platform operating costs are covered separately and published openly in our transparency reports.

It depends on your country and the receiving organization's status. Where applicable, a donation receipt is emailed automatically and can be downloaded anytime from your donor dashboard.

Every organization passes a six-level verification process — from email and identity checks to full organizational and partner certification — before any campaign can go live.

Yes — visit the Organizations page to learn about the verification process and apply. Once verified, you can publish campaigns and receive donations directly through the platform.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe using bank-level encryption — IHM.help never stores your card details on its own servers. Personal information is protected to international data-security standards.

Yes. When you donate, you can choose to hide your name from public campaign pages. The receiving organization still gets your details for receipts and compliance, but your name won't be shown publicly.

Yes. Visit the Transparency Center for financial reports and audits, and the Global Impact Map to see exactly which countries and communities your donations have reached.

Yes. Click "Start a Fundraiser," describe your cause, and submit it for verification. Once approved, your campaign goes live and can start receiving donations.
